O jardim e a piscina a sul definem a principal área de estar exterior. A ampliação é calibrada em relação ao volume existente, reforçando a relação entre a casa e a paisagem sem alterar a escala ou a linguagem do conjunto.

The interior is reorganised to better respond to the needs of its new occupants. The kitchen is repositioned to the north with an independent entrance, separating its operational rhythm from the main living areas. The social spaces face south and west, opening directly onto the garden through generous ceiling heights that preserve the spatial quality of the original typology.

O interior é reorganizado para melhor responder às necessidades dos novos ocupantes. A cozinha é reposicionada a norte com uma entrada independente, separando o seu ritmo operacional das zonas de estar. Os espaços sociais orientam-se a sul e poente, abrindo directamente para o jardim através de pés-direitos generosos que preservam a qualidade espacial da tipologia original.

The main suite is elevated one floor above the garden level, a decision that provides both privacy and a privileged view. The remaining rooms occupy the mansard level, where the inclined ceilings define the spatial character of each space. The lower floor, previously an independent apartment, is reserved for service areas.

Os restantes quartos ocupam o nível da mansarda, onde os tectos inclinados definem o carácter espacial de cada espaço.
